We do our best at Lindsey Farms to live up to our high stand of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package, and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery), and we will do our best to make right on the wrong. Due to our meat products being perishable, we are unable to accept returns on any meat. Thank you for understanding.
We currently do not offer shipping on our beef products. Please keep checking back with us for any future developments, and thank you for understanding. We do offer shipping to continental US addresses for our Merchandise through USPS. A physical address is required. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please contact us with any questions on RUSH or international shipping.
Beef Pickup Policy
We are happy to offer free pickup, and local delivery for your beef order in the Bullard, TX.

Depending on current in stock, the pickup time could be scheduled for 1 – 7 business days from your order date. Once we have your order ready, we will let you know the exact pickup address.
